Jinshil and Christopher Duquet from Evanston are going to federal court this morning to fight for their baby girl they adopted from South Korea. The South Korean government is saying they are too old to adopt, but the Duquets and the girl’s birth mother are saying the best thing for her is to stay with them. Read the full story here.
