We’re growing again! The Women’s Divorce & Family Law Group by Haid and Teich, LLP is looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney at our main office located in the Loop. Our firm has the distinction of being Illinois’ first law firm to focus on women’s and mothers’ rights in divorce and custody matters.

If you have the desire to work for a firm dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives and becoming part of a rapidly growing organization with a dynamic office culture, you will fit right in at the Women’s Divorce & Family Law Group.

Primary Function:

We have an immediate need for an experienced attorney with a passionate interest in family law to work on a variety of cases including, but not limited to: divorce, legal separation, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, maintenance, child support, orders of protection, and other related matters. The right candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and a member in good standing.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of litigation experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
