Cathy Delgadillo’s experience includes all aspects of divorce proceedings, including setting parenting plans and allocating parental responsibilities (custody) with decision-making, as well as ensuring the safety of children.
Ms. Delgadillo was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999 and has spent her career in family law.
She also has extensive experience in parentage matters, including the establishment of paternity, DNA testing, and parenting issues unique to parentage cases. She also helps with the setting and determining proper child support. She assists clients with financial aspects, including determining marital and nonmarital assets, distribution of assets, maintenance calculations, and investment and business valuations.
Ms. Delgadillo received her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, and she has a B.A. from the Loyola University of Chicago.
